Questionnaire

The questionnaire that I created was made on Survey Monkey, an online survey maker, but to gain a larger response from more people I have also printed the survey out so I can hand it out around to people. Tis way I can get a larger response but it also means that I can give it to people of specific ages, for example my own age by handing them out around school. Also, not everyone will see this survey online so this will ensure that I get people to take the survey and that I get a response. Here is the survey that I handed out:
